Grow and stay grounded.
I help leaders grow their careers and missions—while navigating life’s transitions, staying healthy, and honoring what matters most.
It’s easy to be all in at work and lose ourselves personally, or to underestimate how much life affects our performance—and how work pressures affect our lives.
I’ve been there myself: managing near-death, burnout cycles, CPTSD, divorce, multiple career reinventions and successes, plus the demands of leadership in fast-growing tech companies—all while raising a family.
I provide a holistic, whole-person, and whole life approach to my work with leaders, helping them integrate career growth, leadership, and personal well-being.
You can navigate all of work and life’s transitions with grace and resilience, staying connected to what matters most.
Together, we’ll create a meaningful career and life that feels sustainable, and authentically yours.

THE PROCESS
-
Foundation
Fill out the inquiry form, then we'll chat to discuss your goals and see if we're a good fit. From there, through assessments, and conversations, we’ll build trust, establish success metrics, and scope our work—moving from abstract goals, to tangible ones.
-
Roadmap & Action
Through our conversations and inter-session work, you'll practice evidence based and custom strategies encompassing tactical & inner work in daily life that move you to your goals. We’ll build your roadmap—navigating obstacles, evaluating progress, wins, and iterating as we go!
-
Sustainability
We cement your growth by formally reviewing your progress and creating a long-term development plan to ensure lasting results beyond our coaching relationship. We may explore continuing our work if we feel it’s beneficial to your success.

(SHE/HER)
HI I’M SARAH
I'm so happy you’re here.
I’m a leadership and career coach, a start up operator, and a consultant.
I'm a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) via the ICF (International Coaching Federation) of 8+ years with clients at Anthropic, Rivian, Google, Texas A&M, College Track, and The New York Times.
I’m an indoor cycling instructor at CycleBar, a single parent to two, and an Operations Leader of over 15 years in early-growth stage tech companies.
I work with ambitious leaders in early midlife, at fast-evolving companies, who are deeply passionate about their work, with a legacy to build, who value growth, and who want sustainable success: well-being, meaning, strong relationships, and an extraordinary career.
Success doesn’t have to mean suffering. We can build powerful legacies while living rich, healthy, fulfilling lives.
Let's thrive together.
MY APPROACH
-
You’re in the driver’s seat of our work, and I’m on passenger side, helping you navigate there. I’m here to help you develop the tools to reach your full potential and gain independence without me. You have the resources inside; I am just here to help you tap into them, and then we'll part ways!
-
Coaching is a safe, non-judgmental, inclusive, and confidential place to be honest and direct about who we are, what we're thinking, and what we're feeling - even when difficult, or embarrassing. Your identity, lived experiences and unique needs will be acknowledged, and thoughtfully considered throughout our work.
-
Our coaching work will be validating, supportive, warm and fuzzy, as much as it will be rooted in science, be practical, be uncomfortable, and meant to challenge you.
-
I believe that our journey led us to where we are now, and fuels our future growth. The good, the bad, and the ugly are all important. We should honor, and leverage them.
-
Coaching is never an off the shelf, prescribed formula, because you’re complex. Thriving at work and home requires an approach that hones all the dimensions of who you are: mind, body, soul, head, heart, and environment - drawing on a range of tools, while embracing your unique history and experiences.
